Quality Inn Lewiston

The pool and hot tub were not available while there for 4 days . That should be told to people when they call to reserve rooms.

Bath tub was dirty and I had to go buy cleaner and clean it and the walls surrounding it before I used it. I did alert the staff and they apologized but they did not offer to have it cleaned so I could use it. There was a mini fridge that actually worked and a microwave and in room coffee that was organic and was pretty good actually, after I heated water and used it like a tea bag because the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned out in quite a while. The rooms are very dated but the bed was extremely comfortable and everything else was clean. That being said I would stay there again if the hotel I usually stay at when I visit the area didn't have a room available.

This is a good choice. It's hidden from the public, in a quiet place. One of the women at the desk was very nice and helpful. There is an ice machine, breakfast, drinks, hot tub and pool. There is a coin operated laundry washer and dryer and a laundromat across the street on 21st street. There are 2 luggage carts. The room i was in had a refrigerator, TV, and microwave, bathroom tub, hot shower, sink, toilet, and two beds. It is lit by 3-4 lamps, and one ceiling light in the doorway. The heating in the room is good in the cold weather. I didn't try the air conditioner in the cold. There is no elevator but only 2 stories. If you can find an inexpensive room, this is a good place for a low budget. There are some cords coming out of the wall and plugged into the wall outlets, these are for the wall lamps.

Rooms were clean and just as promised. Pool and hot tub felt great, location was convenient to everything, managers were super helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was loaded including eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Best breakfast out of 4 places I stayed on this trip. Good value and would recommend highly. btw - the entrance is off a side road which took a minute to find but ultimately provided a real sense of safety and quiet.

I stayed here for business after a different place fell through, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. The hotel was obviously recently renovated, and aside from a slightly saggy mattress and somewhat stained bathtub, everything was nearly new. One word of warning to management if they see this review, and to anyone staying here. Do not use the power sockets on the bedside lamps! They're extremely loose and you can hear it sparking if you wiggle the plug. Those power sockets on the lamps are a definite fire hazard, I don't know why lots of hotels are buying this model of lamp lately.

We flew into Spokane then went to Pullman for a football game. After the game, we went on to Lewiston as a stop over for a trip to Idaho. It was late and we were tired. So tired, in fact, that I forgot to take pictures of our hotel room. This Quality Inn is a two-story walk up. NO ELEVATOR. So if that is an issue for you or for a member of your family, make sure you specify a ground floor room. The hotel assigned us an upstairs room which we declined. Fortunately the hotel had a room on the ground floor that could accommodate us. The room seemed clean. Nothing jumped out at me (literally and figuratively) while we stayed overnight. Breakfast was a typical Quality Inn microwave eggs and sausage affair. Bagels, sweet rolls, yogurt, etc. Coffee. My companion complained that the orange juice was watery. After breakfast we finished getting ready to leave. While we were on our room before checkout time, we could hear loud voices in hall. It sounded like the maids were right outside our room. Then I thought I heard a door open but didn't think anything of it. As we were leaving our room I noticed that our door was slightly ajar, held closed by the bar on the door jam. When we walked down the hall, past the loudly talking maids, one if them started to open a door to a room with her passkey, then stopped, and said, Opps, wrong room. So I'm pretty sure that was who opened the door to our room but couldn't get in. Another, Oops, wrong room. Probably won't be back. At least I hope not.

Nice motel great service they have sanitary items if you need them

Good short term stay, rooms are dated and show their age. Bathrooms as well are old and worn. But for the price and a quick stay over it will work. Beds are good, heat and A/C worked and all the lights and TV. Heated pool was not heated, hot tub was good but foamy. Only one waffle maker so leave your self time to wait if you want one. Had scrambled eggs and sausage links on our one day their plus cereal and muffins.
